Sarah, Maria and your wonderful team of volunteers for a lovely well thought out event. The venue was great, ample parking and fellow vendors were great.

Thank you shoppers for purchasing, browsing and the lovely chats.

I'm already back in the studio and working on a few custom orders. Exciting!

I'm also working on a 2.0 version of my hugely popular Colourwork Clutch that I brought out in 2024.

I've had it in my mind to iron out some of the wrinkles that I wasn't quite happy with the original design. I made a prototype today, and it's very nearly there. I'll probably make one more, so watch this space.

The new blue is not currently on the website, but it will be early next week. I also only have 5 of the lilac purple ones left as I've said in previous posts and sadly I don't have any more of this leather. So if you love it, you'll want to grab it.

Today is pack day, travel day to the in-laws, sleep and then drive to Camrose.

I'm really excited for this market, I've never done it so it will be a new experience .

A little information.... This is the last market until Knit City Calgary Sep 26-27. I wasn't accepted to other markets so if you're looking for my leather goods head to my website once I'm back this weekend.

Project bags will be coming to @rosecityfibrefest this Saturday. The first is the large size and the second bag is the medium. Come to my booth to check out the differences in size and see which would be better for you.

I have been eyeing my stash of leather and thinking I need to put together a new colour combination. I'm hoping that I can squeeze in making one or two tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Are flying off the shelf. I'm in the process today of making more stock of these handy dandy lightweight yarn options.

Folks are finding these really useful for travel because they come apart taking up barely any space. Have one stashed in your bag for an improptu project on the go.

I have a variety of different coloured leather swivel snap keyrings and now offer both silver and gold hardware options.

Of these special edition Steel Blue yarn bowls and the last batch of 5 of the special edition lilac.

It's really sad when I get to the end of a hide and the steel blue and lilac were no exception. They were beautiful pieces of leather that made so many stunning items.

To everyone who made the Hanami/ Cherry Blossom Pop-up @ancientartsyarn a great success. To Caroline and Dan for your beautiful store and dedicated work behind the scenes. Thank you to the staff at Ancient Arts Yarn, to my fellow vendors, and to the wonderful customers who all came to chat, shop or just browse.

The Cherry Blossom colour way is so adorable I had to extend it a little further.

I made a sweet stitch marker duo using a pebble grain light pink and the raspberry pink from the leather bowl set. These will be $8 for a set of 6.

I also put together a mini snap clip set of the pebble grain light pink, lilac-pink and raspberry pink with matching gunmetal snaps for $20 a set of 3.

These will be in limited supply tomorrow at the Hanami / Cherry Blossom Festival pop-up tomorrow April 18th 10-4pm.
