Processing Times
My current processing times are 1-2 business days. If the item needs to be made then allow the extra time that the listing states.

Shipping + Local Pick Up
Canada Post Strike – Effective November 15, 2024
There are three options:
- Select Canada Post shipping and as soon as the strike is over I will ship your order
- Select the courier shipping. Unfortunately this type of service has an increased cost. If your shipping is less than $20 I will refund the difference
- Local pick up is from my home studio in Calgary, Shawnessy SW. I will contact you using the email you provided during checkout to arrange a pick up time.
We ship within Canada, to the USA and Europe. International import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
There are no refunds on customized/personalized items or on sale items. Items must be returned in original condition or the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
