Processing Times
My current processing times are 1–3 business days. If an item is made to order, please allow the extra production time indicated in the listing description.
If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out via the contact before ordering.
Local Pick Up + Shipping
1. Local Pick Up (Calgary, AB)
Free local pick up is available from my home studio in Shawnessy SW, Calgary. Once your order is ready, I will contact you at the email address provided during checkout to coordinate a pickup time.
2. Shipping details
To ensure your order arrives reliably and affordably, we use Freightcom, a multi-carrier shipping platform. This allows us to compare rates and select the most efficient carrier for your location, which may include Canada Post or various courier services.
Rates: $14.99 flat-rate courier shipping on orders under $250. Free shipping on orders over $250.
Contact Details: Please ensure you provide a valid phone number and email address at checkout, as carriers require this information for delivery updates.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your shipping label is created.
U.S. Orders: Please note that Her Leather Co. does not ship to the United States at this time.
International Orders & Customs: For any international orders, please note that import duties, local taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
Eligibility: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized, personalized, or sale/clearance items.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original state.
