Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
Returns and Exchanges

Custom Orders: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom-made leather goods.

Standard Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
